We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and drive our go-to-market strategy as we scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the balance between strategy and execution, and who's excited to roll up their sleeves to bring products to market, enable our sales team, and deeply understand our competitive landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Be the architect of "what we're saying, to whom, and why it matters"— owning the GTM narrative, positioning, and launch execution, and serving as a key enabler and input across pricing, business case development, and broader go-to-market strategy

  • Be the voice of the market internally, partnering with Product to sense market opportunities and translating customer insights into GTM strategies that drive revenue

  • Pioneer and test new growth motions—researching, building the case, and implementing innovative GTM and product-led growth strategies

  • Become the expert on our competitive landscape and partner ecosystem, using deep market intelligence to identify opportunities and shape our strategic direction

  • Get close to customers—shadowing calls, mining Gong for insights, and developing an obsessive understanding of buyer pain points and decision-making processes

  • Elevate how we tell our story across every customer touchpoint, shifting from product features to outcome-driven narratives that resonate with buyers

  • Transform the effectiveness of our GTM team by creating and delivering enablement that teaches them not just what we do, but how to sell it

  • Build the content engine that powers our sales motion—whether creating it yourself or directing resources to produce high-impact collateral on an agile timeline

  • Drive product adoption and customer stickiness through strategic communications and enablement designed for our Customer Success team

  • Create compelling case studies that bring our customer success stories to life and give our sales team the proof points they need to close deals

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a track record of owning positioning, messaging, and launches end-to-end

  • Experience at a Series B or similar-stage company where you've balanced the scrappiness of an early-stage startup with the structure of a growing organization

  • Adtech industry experience strongly preferred

  • A doer mentality—you're hands-on and don't just set strategy, you execute it

  • Excitement for fast-paced growth environments and comfort setting ambitious timelines while remaining flexible when business needs shift

  • Confidence to thoughtfully push back on senior leadership when needed

  • Exceptional project management and storytelling abilities

  • Based in New York with the ability to go into the NYC office as needed

Compensation:

  • NYC Area Range: $175– $195K

  • Non-NYC Range: $140K – $160K
