We are seeking a Product Support Specialist who can write SQL Queries and enjoys working with data to solve customer challenges. The Product Support Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity in our NYC office. You'll work alongside developers, quality analysts, and sales teams to solve critical and time sensitive problems.
Note: This position requires working on-site at our NYC location in a hybrid capacity.
What You'll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for product/data issues
Use SQL queries to research and troubleshoot client concerns
Manage a ticketing system to prioritize and solve client requests
Interact directly with end users via email and occasionally over the phone
Escalate complex data issues to second level support
Share and update knowledge management articles
Expand your knowledge of SQL, large data sets, and options markets
Skills You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree
Passion for problem solving
taking complex data issues and translate it into digestible terms
Ability to write SQL queries
An understanding of basic networking and file transfer protocols concepts
Ability to thoroughly troubleshoot and articulate issues to client
Special attention to detail and a willingness to document changes
