Associate Product Manager, ODX

The Associate Product Manager role at ODX will help document existing systems and processes to assist our broader teams in the continued development of our SaaS lending platform. In this position, you will gain valuable experience about the Software Development Life Cycle, systems integrations, client support, and go-to-market strategies. This role will allow you to become knowledgeable on ODX’s product offering and value proposition for our growing list of international banking partners.
As an Associate Product Manager at ODX on the Product team, you will:
- Help grow groundbreaking partnerships that couple partners' proprietary systems and strong customer relationships with OnDeck and ODX's technology and credit IP to deliver financing to small businesses
- Lead requirements gathering from users, support, sales, marketing and prepare requirements documentation
- Work with internal SMEs to define existing capabilities and processes
- Review and validate specifications with team members and clients to obtain final approval ahead of the development phase
- Participate in the quality assurance effort of new features by reviewing test scripts, as well as by assisting in the testing phase of new functionalities
- Help build client relationships and work with counterparts to identify areas of customization
- Monitor and track progress until successful production launch
- Provide regular status reports to management on an on-going basis.
- Collaborate with technology, credit, business development, sales and operations to design, build, and launch scalable data and decisioning solutions for bank partners
- Help grow and evolve existing partnerships to become significant revenue drivers for OnDeck and ODX.
Necessary qualifications for success:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in documentation or systems analysis; experience in finance or lending a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have exceptional communication skills
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to and achieve business results
- Strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Knowledge of development in an Agile environment
- Experience with B2B lending in international markets
- You have experience in documenting business and functional requirements and creating product specification documentation
- Ability to communicate across stakeholders, technologists, data scientists, senior management, and/or external clients
