Associate Product Manager, ODX

The ODX Platform Product Management Team takes a problem-solving approach to deeply understand the market, identify opportunities and the needs of our partners. We build elegant, enterprise grade products and services that deliver valuable, end-to-end experiences that solve customer needs.
In this Associate Product Manager role, your responsibilities will include:
- Being a self-starter and a team player; someone who can roll up their sleeves, quickly get involved and become the SME of their functional area
- Learning our market, our users, and identifying their needs
- Translating those needs to create detailed product requirements to bring to life high-value features
- Assisting senior members of the product team to manage product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work.
- Communicating with various stakeholders across technology, UX, and Partnership teams and discussing a variety of topics to drive the success of the platform.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills; someone who is committed to understanding the needs of our customers and key stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving around complex issues or features
Necessary qualifications for success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and/or completion of a product or tech bootcamp
- Knowledge of technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
- Ability to plan and rollout product features in an agile environment
- Ability to gather and transform product feedback into product requirements.
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Experience at a FinTech or SaaS or platform based company
- Familiar (or interested in) microservices, Service Oriented Architectures, and REST APIs
- Experience creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, user flows, etc.
- Experience with JIRA and Agile methodology
