Associate Product Manager, Video
At IAS, we’re building solutions to help the advertising industry capture the attention of consumers and turn that attention into action. Our Product Management team collaborates with engineering and data science teams to execute against a planned roadmap, bridging gaps between technical and business teams to guide products and features from concept to commercialization.
As an Associate Product Manager at IAS, you will grow into the role of subject matter expert for our industry-leading web video distribution services. You will serve as a stakeholder within a cross-functional team to develop solutions and implement requirements that solve meaningful problems, drive revenue, and support the growth of IAS products worldwide. You are interested in learning the technical and business details of the digital video ecosystem, and can demonstrate your ability to learn, execute projects, and work diligently without constant direction.
What you’ll do:
- Grow into a role as product owner for IAS’s web video desktop and web mobile offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to determine product requirements, indirectly manage the development of products through work with R&D, and release and support products.
- Learn the ins and outs of digital video measurement and technology.
- Gather feedback directly from clients for the development of new product offerings.
- Learn to assess the market opportunity for new ideas and concepts.
- Grow into a role as a visible advocate and evangelist for your products internally and externally.
Who you are and what you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of digital advertising experience
- 1+ year in a product role working with development teams or similar experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on project goals
- Intellectually curious and able to learn quickly
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Foundational intermediate-level knowledge of technology

- Relevant technical/educational experience. Relevant areas include ad operations, software development, data science, and video.
