The Role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on a redesign, and eventual support, of our proprietary Agent portal for managing calls from our users. The role will focus on understanding our Support team structure and taking our product that allows early access to earned wages to the next level as we onboard Fortune 500 partners who will offer DailyPay as a perk to their tens of thousands (sometimes hundreds of thousands) active employees.

You're a hands on problem-solver and are deeply passionate about UI/UX with a great attitude and you’re at your best when moving a project from ambiguity to clarity. You're equally comfortable talking tech with engineers, numbers with finance, and strategy with leadership, as well as pitching in on day-to-day efforts across the business. You pay attention to people, have a strong sense of purpose and integrity, deep emotional intelligence, and just want to get things done.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be the voice of the user for Support platform and understand problems and challenges that inform building solutions to address them
  • Manage the Support feature development from design, user flows, user-stories, QA, documentation, and release
  • Work closely with in-house engineers to iterate and build product enhancements
  • Contribute to internal product roadmap and manage backlog
  • Execute on product vision in collaboration with other product managers and technical leaders
  • Be the subject matter expert for the product area and act as a product evangelist internally and externally

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 1-3 years Product Manager experience
  • Technical and data-analysis skills, including SQL
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in UI/UX design a plus
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and codifying it into actionable user stories
  • Experience in Support or fintech products and startups a plus
  • Flexibility, determination, and high degree of emotional intelligence 
  • Strong appreciation for the Oxford comma a plus
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
