Job Title: Associate, Product Recommendations & Optimization
Primary Purpose:
The Tapestry Digital team is looking for a hands-on Associate who has passion to create and deliver a world-class product recommendation Omni-channel customer experience. The qualified individual with utilize our third party recommendation engine allowing our customers to discover products by serving the right content to every customer on every touchpoint.

- Be a cross-brand and internal product recommendation expert advocating and rolling out recommendations on additional pages and email campaigns
- Hands-on creating new product recommendation experiences using our third party product recommendation engine
- Optimize and A/B test new recommendation algorithms to create a superior customer experience resulting in higher revenue
- Hypothesize and experiment personalized product recommendations based on marketing channels and customer behavior
- Self-generate optimization ideas and nurture ideas from across the enterprise into testable hypotheses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute actionable solutions to support financial goals and objectives
- Diagnose technical problems and advise/implement on the best feasible solution
- Facilitate meetings and provide recaps to cross-functional business partners
- Work with brands on change management and training as applicable
The accomplished individual will possess...
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce product recommendation and personalization
- Experience with ML/AI driven product recommendations solutions such as Certona
- Experience with ecommerce tools Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, is a plus
- Proven ability to make data driven decisions and familiarity with A/B testing
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and working with technical experts to achieve accurate implementation
- Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functional areas
- Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent time management and communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
