Zibby is the nonprime payment option for online shoppers. Our lease-to-own solution fully integrates with e-retailers’ storefront and checkout processes to provide the only financing option for 65 Mn underbanked and nonprime consumers to acquire electronics, appliances, furniture, and other durable goods online.

We are hiring a talented and experienced Business Analyst to help us build out our next-gen financing platform.

As a Business Analyst at Zibby, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of technologists passionate about building beautiful software.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and project scopes 
  • Clearly break down business requirements into actionable tasks and components 
  • Manage day to day progress of development team and report on project status 
  • Identify and communicate changes in scope and progress blockers 
  • Proactively engage stakeholders through each phase of projects 
  • Provide regular status updates to Project Manager and other business owners 
  • Clearly define technical requirements for the software development team 
  • Maintain well detailed product documentation 
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to organize, prepare, delivery and monitor sprints in an efficient and effective manner 

Skills & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Business or Management
  • Previous experience in a Product, Analytics or Technology -related role 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch contexts easily 
  • Fast learner - ability to pick up and understand complex and robust products, tools 
  • Atlassian-tools experience a BIG plus 
  • Experience with Fin-Tech a plus 
  • Familiarity with excel and other reporting & analytics tools
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations
  • Eager, energetic, positive attitude and able to lead projects forward 

About The Role & The Team: 

  • You'll report to the Technical Project Manager and work closely with the Head of Product
  • This role is the crux of translating between business stakeholders and software engineers to ensure projects continue moving and stay on track 
  • We have multiple teams across many locations, so communication is key
