Bodhala is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing marketing team. The person coming into this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day strategy and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. This position will lead efforts across the go-to-market organization to help drive pipeline – from supporting events to running point on nurture campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the rest of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of efforts that support the broader marketing and business goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

Brand & Strategy

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop our brand identity, one that reflects the company mission, appeals to our target audiences, and effectively differentiates the brand against our competitors.
  • Develop a clear brand identity and position through color, art style, iconography, and design across all channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns and operational plans for product, feature and geographic launches.
  • Create a content strategy involving team members across the company to attract new customers, empower existing customers.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across public relations, social media, creative development, partner marketing, channel distribution and events.

Content

  • Develop collateral and other creative pieces as sales tools – working with agency partners and internal subject matter experts.
  • With internal and external team members, create high-quality original content – including visual assets, videography, and copy that personifies our brand in a way that is engaging and meaningful.
  • Create calendars that have a clear audience-related and product-related strategy, with a framework that enables brand awareness, product understanding, and drives interest.
  • Own all steps of the content creation process – from concept to execution, all the way to the evaluation of each project’s impact on pipeline.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze and report back on engagement data and performance reporting so that the larger team can continue to better understand what resonates with our audiences.
  • Measure, track, and optimize all programs to drive stronger revenue growth throughout the full funnel.
  • Translate data into clear and valuable information that drives intelligent business decisions – ranging from positioning and target definition to brand strategy and campaign execution.
  • Develop marketing budgets tied to sales goals and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns with the goal of driving pipeline.

Your qualities:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in brand, product or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in building, positioning, and cultivating a strong brand.
  • Proven record of growing awareness and revenue in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Understanding of how to develop the best communications and marketing plans for a specific business / marketing strategy.
  • Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven, revenue focused, metrics-based organization.
  • Driven, analytical nature, with entrepreneurial spirit that excels in lean organizations.
  • Creative, assertive and solution-oriented when faced with obstacles.
  • You have an uncanny ability to ramp up quickly on complex technology, and are great at translating features and functions into business benefits, defensible differentiation and value.
