Your Impact on our Mission:
Zocdoc is seeking a Director, Product Analytics that will be focused on creating and maintaining a robust analytics team that partners with our Product team. You will lead a team that takes ownership of generating product insights, creating experimentation best practices and monitoring metrics.

Your day to day is…
- Leading the Product Analytics org to create earth shattering and edge of the seat product insights that enable Product Managers to prioritize roadmaps
- Influencing decision-making in cross-functional teams using insights generated through quantitative and qualitative data
- Being an advocate for data governance, security, privacy, quality and retention
- Creating insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Commercial Analytics, Provider facing teams to identify root causes of problems
- Owning and executing on the quarterly OKRs
- Identifying friction points in process within and outside of the team
- Owning the benchmarks for key product metrics and continuously update so Product Managers can monitor performance
- Providing mentorship and best practices for the team
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 5+ experience managing a team
- 8+ years experience as an insights and data analyst, analytics engineer or similar role
- Expertise in building Insights decks and influencing decision makers by quantifying outcomes
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience managing the administration and/or adoption of a data visualization tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience with data model development and reporting in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau
- Proactive, self-motivated, and can work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communications skills across all levels of stakeholder (business & technical)
- An ability to break down and explain complex technical concepts to business end users
- High level of precision and attention to detail

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all fully vaccinated employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
