Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Head of Product Growth to drive the strategic vision and execution across the holistic experience for Justwork prospects including self-enrollment, pricing & packaging and the data & tools that support our revenue teams throughout the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate is a product-led growth leader who understands the art and science of the prospect funnel;  they are as adept at optimization as they are building complex data systems and seamless user experiences. This individual has deep lived experience driving growth for B2B SaaS companies and a passion for collaborating closely with revenue teams to bring a compelling proposition to market.

As a strategic program leader you will define the vision and roadmap for a cluster of teams, bridging company mission and goals to develop a business rooted and customer-centric roadmap. As a people leader you will mentor and motivate a diverse cross-functional Growth team around a true north. As an executional leader you will be accountable for the delivery of your team’s roadmap and more broadly the revenue metrics you’re contributing to in collaboration with revenue teams.

This position will report into the SVP, Sales & Customer Success

What You Will Work On

  • Define strategy for our overall growth program including pricing & packaging, self-enrollment funnel and the holistic prospect experience - inclusive of the data system that drives it
  • Drive accountability across a cross-functional program team including direct reports across product and self-enrollment sales team as well as broad set of collaborators & stakeholders
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the prospect experience inclusive of the acquisition funnel as well as opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, expansion and referral
  • Fuse expertise in user experience, data-strategy and growth best practices to deliver the highest caliber prospect experience in the marketplace
  • Manage a transparent roadmap in collaboration with internal teams, driving with a strong POV and desire to achieve buy-in across the organization
  • Be the evangelist for product-enabled growth, leveling up all of our feature teams to think of growth enablement across our product surface area
  • Build deep institutional, sector and competitive knowledge across benefits, payroll and HR space to inform your strategy and decision-making
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years driving product-led growth across multiple industries and customer verticals
  • 7+ years in B2B2C SaaS businesses, ideally within service-wrapped products
  • 5+ years’ experience managing product managers and broader cross-functional teams, 
  • Balanced knowledge of both acquisition funnels & expansion strategies
  • A track record of shipping successful products in an agile environment with demonstrated impact
  • Experience making difficult prioritization and investment decisions across complex products
  • Supremely high EQ and proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizations

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $210,000.00 to $252,000.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
