About this role:

You will be joining the Attune team as one of our initial product managers to take ownership of our core insurance platform.  You will work cross-functionally across the company to both help set our vision for the future and create a roadmap for how we are going to get there.  You will work with engineers, data scientists, user researchers, insurance veterans, underwriters, and our business development team to refine our vision for how we can reimagine the way insurance is delivered.  You will create and manage the roadmaps for our technology and analytics platform and build a collaborative practice for rapid process improvement through agile methodology and a commitment to rigorous testing and learning.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Working across the company and with our key partners to design the requirements for the core systems that enable Attune to make real-time insurance decisions
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, and business development, to find new data sources and build plans for incorporating the new data into the core platform
• Provide strategic leadership in driving the core platform roadmap to create enhancements to our current systems and processes that will improve conversion rates and reduce cycle times
• Drive continuous improvement by building a regular and iterative process for testing and monitoring results across all aspects of the platform
• Help build the product team by attracting product managers to join Attune and then helping them develop and grow

 Qualifications for success:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering or data science
• You have a strong technical background and experience building data intensive decision platforms
• You have a data-driven approach to understanding and optimizing processes
• You have exceptional communication skills across stakeholders, technologists, data scientists, and external partners
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to drive success
