Director, Product Management - Programmatic

Our Product Management team collaborates with engineering and data science teams to execute against a planned roadmap, bridging gaps between technical and business teams to guide products and features from concept to commercialization.
IAS Programmatic Products are campaign optimization products that are integrated into Third Party Partner’s platforms and drive over of the company's revenue. As a Director of Programmatic Products at IAS, you will be focused on developing and commercializing new Programmatic Products and coordinating business, UX and engineering priorities across the entirety of the organization. You will serve as a key stakeholder within a cross-functional team to develop solutions and implement requirements that solve meaningful problems, drive revenue, and support the growth of IAS products worldwide. You are relentlessly resourceful, metrics-driven, and execution-focused. You want to build something that is intuitive and efficient to use, a product that our customers love.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for the product.
- Work with development teams and peers to oversee the planning, design, and development from initiation decision through release and future iterations.
- Work with Product Marketing, Business Development, Solution Engineering and Sales Leadership to align value propositions, positioning, product prioritization and Go To Market initiatives
- Work with UX to ensure Internal Product Suites enable easy configuration for client’s custom needs
- Work with Third Party Demand Side Platforms (including Google, The Trade Desk and Amazon) to integrate new products into their platforms
- Interact with leading Programmatic Customers customers to develop an iterative Product Roadmap to extend third party integrations
- Be a visible advocate and evangelist for your products internally and externally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years in digital advertising
- 5+ years on a Product Management team
- Experience working with external partners for API driven product integrations
- Proven leader for Cross Functional cooperation between Business, Marketing & Engineering teams
- Work well within an agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Strong technical and operational background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences, both internal and external to the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Degree or experience in Software Development
