Attentive is looking for an ambitious Director of Product Marketing to join our team, reporting into the VP of Marketing and closely aligned to the Head of Product. As the first Product Marketing hire at the company, this role will own cross-functional collaboration with the Product team, Sales team, Customer Success team, and other members of the Marketing team to drive strategy, awareness, and adoption of our product suite.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product roadmap and lead all related internal and external communications around new launches or feature updates
• Participate in the go-to-market strategy alongside the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams for new products, integrations, & partnerships
• Continually grow knowledge of the marketplace and our customers to find opportunities to share our unique value proposition (for ex: sourcing case study or press ideas)
• Create and update customer-facing materials and support site; Work closely with Content Marketing Manager to create sales materials that will help strengthen product awareness and education
• Own the monthly client newsletters and manage other customer-facing communications, such as beta-testing program announcements
• Maintain an internal library of resources with materials and information about our product suite

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS/marketing technology environment
• Strong communication skills (writing samples will be requested); ability to understand and effectively articulate complex technical concepts to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
• Highly organized project manager
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
