The Commerce team is new within Kinship. Its mandate is to expand and improve existing retail distribution channels and corporate, veterinary, and breeder partnerships. It’s a team that’s a part of  the newly created (Pet) Data Knowledge and Services division so it operates with a mission and mindfulness of how to develop next level pet data and health products and associated business models.  TECHNICAL SKILLS:

The eCommerce Coordinator is a hands-on position focused on the day to day eCommerce responsibilities of our various marketplace listings, most especially amazon, target.com, walmart.com. costco.com This role will be responsible for:

• Optimizing retail partner product detail pages (PDPs) via digital assets 
• Implementing promotions and marketing content to drive traffic and sales
• Leading on conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives and functionality optimization
• Monitoring retail partner listings for MAP compliance
• Working with the Growth and Creative teams to coordinate digital asset & marketing calendar development, pricing strategy, campaign implementation - sharing success & losses
• Daily review of Kinship and competitor listings with an eye towards rapid response and adjustments and performance improvement 
• Helping the Operations team with order changes, details, and retail compliance updates
• Learning software tools like JungleScout and Keepa and utilizing them daily for market and competitor insight 
• Working with the Director of eCommerce Retail and Managers of eCom Retail and Strategic Partnerships to build and improve existing data and financial reports as well as presentations for the Company and Kinship teams overall 

In addition, this role sits on the newly created Commerce team at Kinship. Part of the scope of the team extends beyond eCommerce into areas like Veterinary hospitals and Breeder partnerships as well as more traditional corporate and offline retail opportunities. The eCommerce Coordinator will assist in improving and executing on strategies in these channels.
