The Team:

Working in our agile, fast-paced product function, you play a critical role in defining and executing a cohesive strategy for our Machine Learning capabilities that will allow our customers to execute even smarter on their data. You will be reporting into the product lead for the ML tribe.

The Role:

In this role you will shape the vision, strategy and execution of our Machine Learning based capabilities. You will work in a cross functional team between Product & Engineering, Product Marketing and UX Research/Design. You will work on our existing portfolio of ML based products and strategically identify opportunities for new products.

The work you’ll do:

• Define and own the product road map based on market trends and user research, evaluate new ideas and manage prioritization based on company strategy, engineering capacity and time to market
• Define product specs, user stories, mockups and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering or independently
• Partner with other Celonis Product and Marketing Managers as well as Process Mining Consultants and Customer Success Managers on cross-company initiatives.
• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs to drive customer success

The qualifications you need:

• 4+ years of experience in software product management with exposure to the full product development lifecycle, ideally in Machine Learning 
• Growth mindset and ability to learn new concepts on the fly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, which are effective for engineers, customers and executives alike
• Technical affinity to successfully partner with product and engineering teams to build out solutions
• Self-starter able to navigate complex scenarios who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, enterprise technology environment
