We are seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product strategy for Stash’s product line, including product improvement, go-to-market planning, product integration and sales enablement through various channels. This position will focus on growing the sales and revenue of the Stash products through leadership across multiple functional teams to ensure execution is well synchronized and effective, and managing all go to market activities and sales channels to maximize revenue, customer adoption, and market acceptance.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive product strategy – segments for focus, enhancements/development required, pricing and value proposition
  • Determine right go-to-market messaging and strategies, e.g., campaigns, pricing, bundling, sales incentives, that will ensure that products meet and exceed sales and revenue plans
  • Lead cross-functional team including engineering, customer experience, product, and marketing to deliver against required product growth milestones and deliverables
  • Develop a compelling business case for appropriate resource investment levels based on market demand, sales results, and strategic goals
  • Work with subject matter experts and thought leaders to obtain positive third-party validation and otherwise act as product champion and spokesperson internally and externally to positively influence customers, prospects, partners, employees, and analysts
  • Work closely with developers, strategic partners, and customers to ensure that we build products suited for the market over time
  • Have ultimate accountability for product and ownership of the P&L

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years experience delivering highly successful consumer products with demonstrable and measurable results—start-up experience is a plus
  • Product lifecycle ownership. You have identified opportunities, tested, built, launched and optimized major products before
  • You think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always be one step ahead
  • Empathetic towards the customer with the ability to put yourself in their customer’s shoes
  • Obsession for digital products
  • A willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take the product from concept to launch
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to find data, identify and run tests, distill the results quickly and turn it into actionable insights
  • High-level understanding of technical problems and how to break down the work involved in solving them
  • Strong communication skills and the ability collaboration
