Global Supply-Chain Program Manager
SUMMARY:
BioLite is seeking a well-rounded Global Supply-Chain Program Manager to join the Manufacturing and Supply-Chain team in bringing products into production and driving improvements of in-market products. In this role, you will lead the supply-chain strategy working with the manufacturing, product development, and operations teams.

KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Manage the Supply Planning through close coordination with BioLite and Contract Manufacturer
- Track and manage COGs across programs in Development and Production
- Track supplier selection, evaluation, and sourcing during New Product Introduction
- Coordinate Supply-Chain activity between planning, sourcing, suppliers, and sales team.
- Lead Cost Down activities with BioLite
- Own Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) including administration of the PLM system
- Track and drive issues impacting Delivery (NPI & Production)
- International travel anticipated approximately 10-20% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role within a consumer electronics organization
- An Engineering or Science degree is preferred for this position
- Strong experience managing a complex supply-chain
- Accountability, sense of humor, proactive nature and work ethic
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Strong Data driven, analytical approach
- A good working knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding, sheet metal, and die-casting
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches/email.
