  • You have a multi-year track record of efficiently partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
  • You are a highly collaborative leader that is capable of formulating and advocating for product vision and strategy and working cross-functionally to deliver on that roadmap
  • You are passionate about hiring, coaching, and leading a diverse and high-performing team of product managers
  • You are an effective, purposeful, and concise communicator, and know how to influence and manage a large list of stakeholders with conflicting and competing priorities
  • You are organized and results-driven, can manage multiple projects extending across many teams, stick to realistic deadlines, and push back when necessary
