SeatGeek Enterprise is our innovative open-ecosystem enterprise ticketing software that allows teams, venues, and promoters to efficiently run their businesses and captivate fans.
We're proud to partner with some of the most recognized names across the globe including the Dallas Cowboys, Brooklyn Nets, and Liverpool F.C., as well as the NFL, MLS, half of the English Premier League, and theaters across NYC's Broadway and London's West End.
As a Product Manager at SeatGeek, you'll become an integral part of our Enterprise Product team, creating a product that shapes the way people find and buy tickets to their favorite live events. We are building out a new team in the UK focused on the needs of our UK and EMEA clients. You will get to know these customers really well, and delight in shipping products that they love.
What you'll do
You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, operators, and analysts to push the boundaries of primary ticketing for our clients and customers. Specifically, you will:

  • Own the vision for how we make sure ticketing is seamless and fully optimized for our clients and customers
  • Build a strong roadmap in your area focused on driving up customer satisfaction and efficiency, and act as an ambassador for your product area to the rest of the company
  • Work alongside your engineering, design, and customer experience partners to build the features that best achieve your goals
  • Obsess over product analytics, creating and monitoring product dashboards and constantly finding new insights in our user data
  • Make product decisions backed by quantitative data, mixed with your innate sense for what will delight our users
  • Work closely with strategic customer accounts to better understand the market, product vision and drivers for product success

What you have

  • You have a proven track record of shipping user-facing products with at least 5+ years of product management experience in an Agile product delivery environment

  • 2+ years experience managing other Product Managers
  • You've got experience influencing in complex orgs, and can simplify ambiguity and conflicting ideas into a clear product vision and prioritized strategy
  • You're a curious, detail-oriented, self-starter who can manage a lot of information, projects, and responsibilities
  • You've shipped creative and highly successful front and backend projects
  • You have great UX and UI instincts, and can clearly express your product vision through both prose and wireframes
  • You thrive in a cross-functional world where you're closely partnered and aligned with your operations, engineering, design and engineering counterparts, and you know how to keep everyone working together toward a common goal
  • You obsess over the details (pixel misalignments make you cringe), while also focusing on what comes next
  • You are comfortable learning the nuances of a complex market
  • Although you are not an engineer on the team, you are technical enough to earn the engineering team's respect
  • You are willing to challenge the status quo

Perks

  • Equity stake
  • Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you'd like or 100% remotely
  • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive medical benefits packages
  • Annual subscriptions to Headspace, Ginger.io, and One Medical
  • £50 monthly stipend for mobile
  • Pension
  • Life Insurance
  • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music

An Insider's view of SeatGeek

What are some social events your company does?

The importance of gathering is baked into our DNA at SeatGeek! We always take time to celebrate milestones together, whether in person or virtually, and, while we throw an amazing End of Year party, my favorite events are a little more personal! We empower employees to create their own social events from fitness classes to crafting or or tv nights!

Erin

Workplace & People Programs Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

An ongoing project I am excited about is the redesign of one of the core flows in our app. It is a high impact, cross functional initiative and I love how we’ve been able to implement a new technical foundation, introduce new features, and improve the user experience. I’m looking forward to the initial release and gathering insights from consumers!

Jenny

Software Engineer II

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We encourage teams to solve problems and create delightful customer experiences, not implement pre-defined solutions. Our teams leverage research/data to understand our customers needs and behaviors, but we also believe that giving teams the space to be creative during a discovery phase opens the possibilities of what they can come up with.
