We began by revolutionizing rent — Americans’ largest recurring bill. We enable our users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. What you'll do

• Enable Flex’s ambitious biller product innovations and goals.
• You will be critical in developing the strategy and development of Flex’s biller experience including biller acquisition, biller onboarding, and biller servicing.
• Identify, quantify and improve Flex’s value proposition to billers to deliver meaningful business value to Flex and our partners
• Hire and grow a team of product managers responsible for defining the future of Biller products at Flex
• Uplevel and influence the communication and culture of the product team to permeate across the rest of Flex

Who you are:

• Rigorous but methodical prioritization ability to keep up with Flex’s fast paced work environment
• Demonstrated aptitude for getting things done to make your product and team successful – wearing several different hats when necessary
• Data-driven decision making, leveraging structured frameworks when problem solving
• Ability to transform complex and ambiguous problems into clearer action items in order to drive business results
• Meticulous in product details, but understands the value in delivering promptly
• High attention to detail in verbal and written communication skills – both as a people manager and as a product leader within Flex
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new B2B products
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product managers
