About the job

Spruce is looking for an executive product leader to lead its growing Product team. The ideal

candidate will have an interest in real estate, experience working in the technology field, and

thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all

product-related activities including: owning our product vision, product innovation, product

development, product design, and continuing to build out our product organization.

What you'll do

• Provide product leadership and direction to the organization to drive competitive advantage and enable significant growth.
• Lead the effort to derive significant insight from our current customer base to help create the vision of future product capabilities.
• Through collaboration across the organization, lead the product management life cycle from concept to launch of the products and be accountable for the on time delivery of the product enhancements and features.
• Track, measure and leverage a wide variety of product KPIs to determine: (i) how well the company is doing delivering the best consumer experience, such as revenue and customer growth, engagement, and retention, (ii) progress against the product plan and team goals, and (iii) how well many products are tracking towards delivering on the overall vision.
• Be a true corporate leadership multiplier, empowering those around them to use their talents to the fullest while driving and managing towards a results oriented culture.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment and create opportunities for employees to have a rewarding and fulfilling career.

What we're looking for

• Track record of success in defining and taking new innovative products to market in the technology space.
• Experience driving, organizing and prioritizing teams and deliverables in a highly collaborative manner with the Technology leadership teams.
• Quick, outside-the-box thinking with strong problem solving skills; ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly.
• Experience with key evaluation metrics that drive prioritization and continued investment decisions within the product life cycle.
• Ability to develop and articulate a vision for the future of real estate transactions.
• Innate interpersonal skills; collaborative team-first focus, adaptable, comfortable with change.
