About Workpath
Workpath is the platform allowing healthcare companies to dispatch healthcare professionals to their patients with a single API. As the Head of Product, you will manage Workpath’s entire platform lifecycle across all users including patients and healthcare providers.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and evangelize a shared vision across the company for Workpath’s in-home healthcare API enabling in-home care delivery
- Guide product strategy and goals and build consensus across cross-functional partners
- Identify indicators and metrics for decisions and prioritization across different user groups
- Foster and sponsor innovation, identifying new opportunities that will revolutionize the future of healthcare delivery in the home through research, analytics, and design.
- Partner closely with the teams at Workpath to coordinate and scale cross-functional efforts for delivering best-in-class patient and provider experiences
- Build, lead and develop a successful team of PMs
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years product management experience
- 5+ years of leading product teams with a consistent record of developing talent
- Successful track record of owning a complex area of a business, balancing ambitious vision with pragmatism, defining a multi-year product strategy and consistently delivering against OKRs
- Excellent product judgment: ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
Bonus:
