The Mission:

This is a critical and exciting time at Enigma. We are hearing from repeated customers that our product is creating tremendous value for them and is aligned perfectly with their needs. At the same time, we continue investing heavily in our product while overcoming many complex technical challenges. 

We are looking to hire an experienced Head of Product who will accelerate our product market fit and customer adoption. You will play a critical role in defining our product strategy/roadmap, and leading a team of product managers to execute on it.

The Role:

As Head of Product at Enigma, you will lead a team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to build products that help fintechs and financial institutions serve SMBs (small and medium businesses) through better data. Your impact will be measured by how many customers love your product and use it in their everyday business decisions. 

We are looking for someone who will:

• Gather product insights by interviewing existing customers and prospects
• Determine the short and medium term product strategy and roadmap for Enigma 
• Manage 3 product managers and 4-6 technology teams to release product features that create tremendous value for our customers
• Accelerate Enigma’s development of killer product features
• Accelerate market adoption by joining sales meetings as product expert
• Drive success of pilots with prospective customers
• Determine the growth strategy for the product, working collaboratively with the CEO, Head of Product, and GTM team
• Bring creative ideas and process to a data-science R&D process

Our ideal candidate will:

• Bring 5-10 years of professional experience as a product manager or CEO at technology company
• Combine customer empathy, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to build product roadmaps
• Enjoy building strong teams and investing in others’ professional development
• Bring at least 2 years of experience managing product managers
• Bring experience working with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills during customer conversations and with our internal teams
• Prioritize working on things that drive the most impact rather than try to get everything done 

Bonus points if you:

• Have an advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Business 
• Bring experience working on data products
• Bring experience working for a B2B company and working directly with enterprise customers 
• Have been a Director of Product, Head of Product, or VP of Product previously
