Led by our co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer, the innovation team is tasked with accelerating our aggressive growth trajectory by translating business opportunities into reality. This role will be integral to the innovation agenda, supporting the development and launch of our first new business line. Day-to-day responsibilities will largely focus on the commercialization of this new business, partnering with our operations team to create and optimize the process for adding innovations into our customers’ shipments. Reporting into the Director of Innovation, you will design the go-to-market strategy for the new business line, own key portions of the budget, and contribute to aggressive growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and manage the go-to-market strategy for a new business line, partnering with the Operations team to create (and then optimize) a supply chain.
• Strategically problem solve for key pain points integrating into our operational facility, anticipating challenges where possible.
• Support our cross-functional team in evaluating the cost-benefit of bringing various phases of the process / supply chain in-house vs. using third parties.
• Lead cross-functional projects, leveraging both internal and external resources Foster a spirit of continuous improvement, with a test-and-learn approach wherever possible.
• Own the end-to-end development of a shipping solution for add-ons, including the structural design of add-ons packaging Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years Product Development, Brand Management, Business Operations, or Strategy experience; experience leading supply chain / operations projects, a plus.
• BA required; MBA a plus.
• Experience with a physical product and / or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills to manage cross functional projects with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
• Strong business acumen, results-orientation.
• Must be able to analyze complex data / situations and develop a range of solutions.
• Open and collaborative style; comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged.
