We are looking for:
Project X seeks a well-organized, communicative Jr. Platform Specialist to support our media buying team and vendors in executing outdoor advertising campaigns on our industry leading software platform.

You will join a small, high impact team that works in close contact with users, leading to rapid product and feature development. You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats, and define your own role and career growth, all while helping us in our mission to transform a centuries-old, $8B industry.

Responsibilities:

• Train and provide technical support to OOH media vendors and our media buying team
• Gather/organize user feedback and work with our product team to implement new or improved features
• Communicate and demo new platform features to users via email blasts and video recordings
• Manage inventory updates for media vendors across the platform

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with how advertising campaigns are planned and purchased (preferred)
• Demonstrable strong customer service skills and ability to excel under pressure
• Advanced organization and prioritization skills
• Outstanding in-person, oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel
• A record of proactive problem solving
• Enthusiasm for technology and its role in making complex tasks more efficient and approachable
• Familiarity with the following: Mailchimp, Asana (preferred)
