We are looking for strong technical foundations in data, distributed computing, and software engineering. We take in feedback daily, but simultaneously filter it through our lenses of privacy and security to output the best user experiences for engineers to build decentralized ML models.

In this role, you’ll help Devron achieve our product goals by being part of a fast-paced, execution-oriented team responsible for creating Distributed Machine Learning products that improve data privacy, accessibility, and insight. We are looking for a Jr. Product Manager to support Product Management in driving the product initiatives that are lined up and to help us grow with the opportunity ahead of us.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with Management and Product Teams to understand the Devron’s product vision and help guide product roadmap
• Work with Design & Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment managing the product process and product backlog
• Write Feature Specs, Users Stories, and acceptance criteria for product releases
• Ensure user satisfaction through testing and collecting customer feedback
• Curate product guides and tutorials to improve user experience

What you’ll need:

• Outstanding writing, communication, and project management skills
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Python, and Software Development
• Experience working with or leading agile teams
• Understanding flexible Product delivery options such as a CLI, SDK, and GUIs
• Product Management Training and familiarity with the Product Process
• Sense of ownership to support our fast-paced environment
• Obsessive attention to detail and proactive problem solving
• At least 1 year PM experience
