We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our growing Product team and build out our Data Product Management practice at Bread. Reporting to our SVP, Product, this role will be a core member of our Product Leadership team. You will own the roadmap and strategy for our data infrastructure, how we leverage real-time data in product, our external data integrations and growth marketing stack, our A/B testing infrastructure, and more. In close partnership with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics, you will lead our build of an entirely new Data stack and practice at Bread. 

Your role at Bread:

• You will own and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for our data infrastructure, integrations, analytics and data science tooling, growth marketing infrastructure, and testing tools and capabilities. 
• You will partner with leaders in Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to develop a well-grounded strategy for the next generation of Bread’s data platform.
• You will partner closely with Data Engineering to bring that vision and roadmap to life.
• After establishing the foundation of the Data Product Management team at Bread, you will hire, coach and grow additional Data Product Managers as the team scales. 
• As a key member of the Product Leadership Team, you will own and drive improvement to internal and cross functional team processes and practices.

What we are looking for: 

• 4+ years of Data Product Management at a company with a best in class Data Platform and Data Team. 
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics to develop Data Platforms from the ground up. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to blend strategic and tactical execution skills; drive high-level strategy as well as dive into the weeds and get hands-on.
• Effective communicator who cares about people and can build relationships and alignment both internally and externally.
• Experience working in distributed teams and in regulated industries a plus.
