Rightway is looking for a strong, senior product thinker and doer to join our growing team of Product Managers. We are at a high-growth stage, balancing net-new product discovery work while scaling our existing set of products.

This role is based in New York City, but remote candidates will be considered.

What you will be doing:

  • You'll sit at the intersection between our back end tools and our consumer experience - leading a technology-enabled product line with a heavy services component
  • You'll define the problem and solution spaces by working closely with your primary stakeholders: the internal teams who are using our ecosystem of tools to provide amazing health navigation and pharmacy benefit management services to our users via chats, phone calls, emails, and features within our app and website 
  • You'll develop a backlog of ideas and manage your own roadmap to test and learn what will drive tangible results 
  • You'll work with our developers throughout the lifecycle to ensure that we are making great technology decisions to scale the business and meet current and future needs
  • You'll work with our Engagement Product Team to co-create new ways to reach our end users and better serve their needs
  • Your deep experience and nuanced understanding of product management will allow you to mentor others and contribute to the overall maturing of the R&D organization

What we're looking for:

  • Must have a passion for start up environments, both the good and the bad - the ambiguity, the fast pace, the ability to grow ideas quickly, the lack of red tape, the immature processes, the pivots, the opportunity to put your ideas in action every day, the chance to grow your experiences and your career quickly with a phenomenal group of people 
  • Must be excited about rapid test-and-learn cycles of development and have an ability to construct thin-slice product deliverables to learn from real users in the wild
  • Must have a pathological need to talk with customers about their problems, needs, desires, hopes. 
  • You have experience bringing new products to market and can talk about the impact and learnings from these products
  • You love to ideate and socialize your ideas at all levels of the company. You present well to senior leadership and front line developers alike
  • You have 5+ years of experience working in product, most recently at a Sr. Product Manager cohort or above
  • Experience working in the healthcare is strongly preferred, but not required for an exceptional candidate
  • Any experience working in the Pharmacy Benefits Management space, or anything adjacent, will put your resume at the top of the pile
  • You love, or at least really like, agile methodology and can adapt the framework to help your team work smarter and faster
