About the role
If you’re the type of Product Manager that obsesses over outcomes, keep reading. At Resilia, we’re building a new, powerful platform that frees nonprofits to do what they’re good at - delivering positive impact, while allowing our enterprise customers who deploy capital across their grantees to scale the impact of their programs. As Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, manage the customer feedback loop, and own the product roadmap. You have the ability to manage a product at any part of its validation lifecycle, whether it’s testing for product-market fit, building the MVP, or optimizing for full scale.
You will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and partner with stakeholders, engineering, design and marketing, and be responsible for both new product development and continuously iterating to improve the B2C and Enterprise products. You will be responsible for ongoing market and user research, synthesizing what you learn into experiments, roadmaps and deliverables. You will drive features and products through execution to completion, and work closely with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies to ensure launch success. The processes and tools to power this will be yours to establish and iterate upon. Your role will be crucial in instilling a customer-centric culture of experimentation to the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Management including creating user feedback loops, defining requirements, producing wireframes and developing roadmaps for B2B-focused products
- Experience across multiple lifecycle stages of a product, including validation (pre product-market fit), MVP, optimization at scale, and sunsetting
- Practitioner of agile methodologies; ability to build new, lightweight processes to increase both collaboration and velocity of project teams with an eye towards continuous improvement
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, designers and client teams to manage expectations and ensure the right things are built for the right jobs at the right time
- Engage users and continuously test the market to ensure product/market fit at all times
- Strong opinion and understanding of experimentation, qualitatively and quantitatively
- Early stage startup experience strongly preferred
- Experience or familiarity with nonprofits, foundations, government or corporate philanthropy a plus
