As a Product Advisor, you are responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Namely sales cycle. Not only are you both sales driven and technically acute, you are also very successful in selling to Select and Mid-Market decision makers, and convincing C-level and director level executives of the technical benefits of the software solution. In conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will act as the technical bridge between our Account Executives and their prospects. 

This role is open to remote candidates residing in the U.S. except within the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Delivering solution demonstrations to our customers both onsite and online
• Assisting with RFP documentation and responses
• Leading and maintaining sales demo sites
• Building custom scenarios and demo flows for unique client requirements

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
• Extraordinary problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
• Capable of working in a fast paced startup environment with multiple responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to travel
• Distinct passion and people skills

Nice to Haves

• Graduate degree
• Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions
• Previous experience in Human Resources or related fields
• Previous software sales or pre-sales experience
• PHR, SPHR, CPP or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
