As a Product Agility Leader you will help drive our culture of continuous improvement to new heights, working directly with product management teams across our portfolio on their toughest challenges and giving them the tools they need to deliver product innovation and value for our clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead annual OKR development process and Quarterly Product Reviews across ADP's product portfolio
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to develop practical frameworks for product development teams, enabling them to tailor for different contexts
  • Lead SWAT efforts to help new or existing product development teams, providing hands-on mentoring and problem solving to ensure successful outcomes
  • Bolster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving agility and a rigorous lens of client value in daily processes and the mindset of our teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 4+ years of direct Agile/Scrum experience as a team member, scrum master, or product owner
  • Experience leading software development efforts -- ideally with large, complex companies -- using Agile methodologies
  • A deep understanding of MVP and the ability to guide product development from inception to deployment
  • A deep understanding of OKRs and measurement best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization from executive leadership to entry level positions
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner
  • 2+ years of consulting or professional services experience
  • Experience with managing projects in JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent tools) as well as driving tooling best practices, measurement, and enhancements as needed

What are some social events your company does?

There are lots of events constantly going on at Lifion! From meetups to tech talks to our weekly Thursday happy hours, there's a good mix of work and play. We also do outings: in my one year of working here we’ve done laser tag, Barcade, happy hour on a boat, the vessel, a picnic in central park, escape the room, VR world, and more.

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The People Ops Team is in full swing for FY19 Performance Reviews. It's an exciting time for the business, but requires a lot of backend work & support for our associates. We're drafting communications and timelines for management & associates, and creating the right process to gather ratings and self-assessments for a great associate experience.
