Paxful is searching for a Product Analyst who is great at writing business requirements and analytics to join our Product Growth Team. This role will bridge the technical gap between the Product Growth team and our Engineering team. You will be based out of our New York office and report to our Sr. Manager, Product Growth.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Evaluate Paxful retention and rewards features against competition and trends
- Work with user feedback and experiment results to improve our retention and rewards features
- Analyze metrics to continually improve our features
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth
- Perform design, spec creation and management of new features and ideas
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- You're a quick learner, self-starter that has an excellent sense of what makes an appealing product and UI, as well as professional communication and presentation skills to collaborate with both engineering and business teams.
- You have hands on experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, researchers, and product teams and have a passion for writing documentations
- Your experience working with digital assets, fin-tech, gift cards/e-gift cards or AI industry allows you to have an understanding of the deep tech behind the scenes.
Target Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in research or analytics space - product, business, or marketing, in the technology or financial industry.
- Experience in web and mobile UX, development, or analytics.
- Strong experience in visualization tools - MS suite, Google Analytics, Tableau, Segment, etc.
- Experience working in fin-tech or start-up preferred
