Over the past two years Q’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams have more than doubled in size. This growth has allowed the team to iterate on basic functionality, build the beginnings of a research organization to understand customer needs, and experiment with riskier strategic product functionality that helps Q maintain a competitive edge. 

As a Product Analyst you will support the Product and Design teams by owning a varied scope of work that includes helping set product goals, building product metrics, sharing product insights, and synthesizing product research. This role reports directly to one of our Product Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the Product & Design team’s decision-making process by surfacing insights from Q’s business data
• Help the Product & Design team build a best-in-class research organization by synthesizing product interviews, creating storyboards, and promoting task-based research practices within the team
• Improve the Product team’s goal setting exercises by ensuring goals are clearly defined, measurable, and connected to business milestones.
• Support the Product & Design team by reducing the amount of time it takes to build out release metrics

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in Product Management, Analytics, and Research
• 1-3 years of analytical experience
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Baseline knowledge of Python or willingness to learn
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
