With over $100MM in funding raised to date, we’re now looking for an exceptionally talented Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and engineering with the mission is to bring the highest quality users at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Use quantitative analysis to interpret user behavior, test results, identify opportunities, and consumer pain-points. For instance, extracting insights on how different visitor’s behavior impact conversion
  • Collect and manage core user behavior questions from the pod
  • Build and execute research plans: Collaborate with product managers to develop testing / research plans to unearth key user behavior insights
  • Design & execute AB testing and multivariate experiments; including individual test setup, QA of tests, post-test data validation, and reporting on results to show how tests impacted financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Funnel and event segmentation analyses
  • Maintain event taxonomy
  • Carry out ad hoc analyses; eg available delivery day impact on conversion, skip behaviors impact on retention
  • Own internal KPI reporting
  • Work closely with product management to collect reporting needs and liaise with the data team to develop dashboards
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting of KPIs
  • Act as a partner by contributing ideas to the product roadmap that drive key business metrics
  • Partner with Product Managers to size opportunities and contribute to building a prioritized roadmap
  • Discover ways to include learnings from other functions, e.g. customer insights, marketing, recipe development, etc.

About you:

  • Requirements 3+ years experience driving quantitative projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience with ecommerce and/or subscription services a strong plus
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or other technical field preferred and/or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving and curiosity is a must
  • Highly motivated and hard-working with ability to think clearly under pressure, both individually and in team environment
  • Proven experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and create actionable insights
  • Ability to break large, complex problems down into smaller pieces and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Amplitude, Excel, Segment, R/Python, or similar
  • Experience with statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis, and A/B testing
