nTopology is hiring for a Product Data Analyst. In this role, you will work with product managers and product designers to help guide product decisions, launch features, drive adoption, and help foster a data-driven mindset. Outside of product work, you'll contribute to our sales, marketing, and company data culture by sharing your learnings, partnering with others, and building new capabilities for how we can use data to guide decisions. In the process, you will develop a deep understanding of our business, our customers, and our technology, strengthening your analytic, leadership, and communication skills as you collaborate with a wide variety of functional teams.

This role reports to the VP of Product.

What You’ll Do

• Work with product teams to deepen our understanding of the products, identify impactful opportunities, and measure success outcomes to drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Build and maintain product data dashboards for reporting product KPIs and success metrics
• Generate data insights to influence the product roadmap and strategy
• Work with the product managers and technical teams to develop measurement frameworks and help instrument product analytics data early on in the product development process
• Leverage user behavioral data to identify critical user paths, outline event tracking, and articulate a common understanding of how customers are using the product
• Provide analytical support for day-to-day product-related operational questions
• Be a data champion for products and act as an interface between product, business, and technical teams in the company

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in similar analytics role(s)
• Experience with large data sets and proficient in SQL
• Experience with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio
• Experience with big data tools / languages like BigQuery
• Experience in crafting market and customer data analyses, and summarizing findings for executive partners
• Basic A/B testing knowledge
• Passion for driving value using data and technology

It's a Plus If You Also Have

• Experience with R, Python or other coding language(s)
