What you will do:

• HUMAN is the leader in global bot detection and mitigation. You will work with our growing product management team to continue building best in class fraud detection and mitigation products that protect the integrity of the Internet.
• Lead hands-on design efforts across a growing portfolio of products. You should be able to draw mocks, conduct user interviews, compile stats and bring forward specific design proposals to help our customers and products move forward.
• Lead product research efforts directly and through research agencies.
• Lead a small team of product designers and researchers (FTE and Contractors).
• Hands-on design of new products, from conception to launch. Expand our existing product footprint and market share.
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
• Work in a fast-paced, rapid delivery required environment.
• Work closely with product marketing to develop approaches to improve lead generation with viral product features.
• Build a excellent user experience for our customers
• Do whatever is necessary; general manager / co-founder / owner mentality

Who you are:

• Obsessively passionate about design. Dream about it. Be able to clearly articulate what makes a winning product.
• Relevant work experience as a product designer
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal for enterprise SaaS consumers.
• Good understanding of color science and combinations
• Excellent attention to detail. Meticulous and diligent.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Passion for the HUMAN mission of verifying the humanity of every online transaction.
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others. Lead through influence.
• Take a customer focused approach to building products. Passion for great user experience, from demo to implementation and ongoing customer success.
• Ability to build trust and empathy with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, customer success) and with customers and industry influencers.
