ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Product Designer to join our UX team. The Product Designer will work closely with Researchers, Product Managers and Engineers to build simple user centered digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Help conceptualize the future of the ClassPass web and native app experiences.
- Execute and deliver elegant solutions from sketches, to fully functional prototypes ready for engineering handoff.
- Work with research team to test and validate decision through in person and remote testing.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure functional, interaction, and design requirements are met during development.
- Promote a strong feedback culture by both giving and receiving constructive and actionable feedback.

- You are comfortable sketching on whiteboards and adjusting icons at 1600% zoom

- You understand the nuances of both the Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design specifications
- You have learned by experience that no design survives user testing untouched, and you thrive in iterating from user feedback
Qualifications:
- A design portfolio that demonstrates strong problem solving, interaction and visual design skills
- 3-5 years of digital design experience
- A degree in a related field
- Experience shipping responsive web and native app experiences
- Strong communication skills — you are able to clearly articulate your design decisions
- Familiar with the AGILE working process and able to work closely with Product Managers and front-end developers
- Proficiency with Sketch, Invision and the Adobe Creative Suite
- BONUS: Proficiency in Framer, Principle, Origami, etc
- BONUS: Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- BONUS: Experience with running and synthesizing UX research
