Product Designer
About MaestroQA
Our mission is to help companies across the world improve their customers’ experiences with better customer support. Our solutions streamline quality assurance practices, improve customer support coaching, and provide data-driven reporting.
We’re growing quickly to help reshape how some of the world’s most innovative companies — including Etsy, Stitch Fix, Postmates, Lyft, and Squarespace — engage with their customers.
We believe that great products are created by people with different backgrounds, cultures, skills, interests, and perspectives. At Maestro, we’re proud to have a culture of inclusivity, and we encourage people to be their authentic and best selves.
At our core, we value being open to new ideas, respecting people even if they disagree with you, taking responsibility for yourself and your work, and understanding how your work affects our customers. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk!
Benefits and perks
We provide competitive salaries, stock options, unlimited PTO, and benefits like remote work, health coverage, 401k, team events, and more! By far, the biggest perk is the opportunity to learn by working from the foundation to the topping out. You get to actually build the roller coaster rather than just ride on it!
What you’ll do
As a product designer, you’ll be part of a small, but growing, design team. You’ll work with designers, product managers, engineers, and customer success to help create intuitive, seamless experiences for our customers. You’ll work through the entire design process, from participating in discovery research and brainstorming to visual design and documenting handoffs to engineering.
You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to improve our product's existing features and to build new ones.
You’ll have autonomy and ownership over your work, influence the growth of the design team, and get to see the direct effect of your work on our customers and our company.
