THE ROLE

The Product Integrity Manager is extremely detail oriented and is driven to produce premium, high-quality products.  This role will work closely with the product creation team and external supply chain to initiate and enforce QA processes and brand requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY

• Direct and maintain best in class testing and inspection process 
• Manage 3rd party service, and communicate daily
• Investigate in market / customer-facing quality issues; establish root cause and corrective action plan to drive improvements
• Execute company and vendor required performance audits.
• Manage product specific testing and inspection requirements. Review and update testing protocols.
• Keep updated on all customer revised procedure and legal requirements

 WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

• 3-5 years of fabric testing and garment inspection experience
• Thorough understanding of CPSC, CPSIA, FTC, CA Prop 65, US Customs and Global label and packaging requirements
• Knowledge of Industry Apparel Inspection Standards
• Understanding of apparel product development a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
