Requirements

• Create a compelling and inspiring vision for our Distributed Commerce and in-transaction offering
• Lead a small team of product managers and engineers in building products and services that aim to improve customer experience by showing relevant content to their purchase during checkout, and shortly after purchasing
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, customer, sales and other various teams responsible for optimizing growth
• Build a roadmap, managing the backlog and iterating towards the product vision
• Manage critical relationships with merchants, vendors and service providers relevant to ecommerce
• Partner with other product teams to ensure that your solutions are valuable, scalable and compatible with other systems and their visions
• Maximise value quickly and iteratively based on strategic direction and opportunities that arise
• You will report to the VP of Product in Sydney

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a product ownership and management of a software product
• Experience in e-commerce technologies highly regarded
• Defines business and product strategy for a large product or portfolio of products
• Ability to solve complex problems and effectively communicates tradeoffs and solutions
• Experience delivering large cross functional programs of work including launching sizeable new products, market segments and business initiatives - with meaningful impact through measurable results
• Relevant experience implementing technology solutions from MVP and iterating through the product's full lifecycle based on the company's changing needs
• The ability to tell concise narratives for technical and non-technical people
• A leader of leaders who finds, attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent. Our best product people want to work for you
