About the role
Rokt is looking to hire a Product Lead to take charge of our Campaign Optimization product - from vision to execution. As Rokt continues to grow there is a pressing need for our optimization systems to not only support new business objectives, but also provide a projection system to guide parameter settings.

This role provides a great opportunity to be the custodian of a core component of Rokt’s technology and in an environment you can develop as a Product Lead. The role covers both the backend optimization services and introducing a new front end control, monitoring and projection system.
Outcomes & responsibilities
- Product Sense: Engage with client-facing teams to understand stakeholder pain points and customer requirements. Articulate and structure problem spaces for Rokt’s optimization systems, identifying solutions and managing the evaluation processes
- Develop formal product requirements for the optimization systems developed.
- Management of product delivery for features including backlog management and prioritisation recommendations
- Product Execution: Develop and monitor key metrics for your products. Plan and manage go-to-market processes new optimization features, and objection handling
- An active member of the broader product team, engaged in broader discussion and team building activities
- Jira management, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Capabilities & requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics or Finance
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with progressive responsibilities
- Interest in execution algorithms and machine learning based products
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Comfortable working closely with E-Commerce Account Managers and Business Development teams
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, conduct relevant analysis, and evaluate and recommend solutions
- A great team player, positively contributing to the product team and culture
Preferred
- Masters degree in a quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce account management or experience in performance marketing.
- Experience working with UX designers
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product is advantageous
- Existing knowledge in e-commerce/internet technologies is desirable
- Some knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability is also advantageous
