ROLE:

The Ad Product Manager will be responsible for the execution of new and improved technology and product offering to support emerging trends in the digital advertising landscape. You will play a key strategic, consultative and operational role to monetize its digital products via a scalable portfolio of high-quality ad offerings. You will report to the VP of Ad Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead agile product development for advertising specific platform capabilities, playing a key role in the process of shipping and operationalizing features that drive revenue and operational efficiency
• Act as lynchpin in assessing and resolving technical, product and operational issues while working to implement systematic processes and tools that improve support, quality and KPI visibility
• Identify and drive delivery of new platform capabilities that improve the ad product offering, drive increased revenue yield or improve operational efficiency
• Facilitate communication across the organization on product, feature sets current projects and upcoming priorities - help communicate technical concepts through a business lens
• Maintain deep familiarity with digital ad tech ecosystem in order to act as a subject matter expert internally, understand and anticipate in the development of industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of agile product management experience, strong understanding of marketing and ad-tech landscape with passion for online advertising, publishing, and digital media
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and work with speed while being able to communicate effectively across a broad range of audiences
• Tech expertise as well as design instincts, some coding knowledge combined with design training is ideal
• Can drive an initiative from conception to maturity by identifying a business opportunity and developing a technology solution that provides value to the customer
• Can process a large volume of work in an ambiguous and fast changing environment. Can manage a complex project with many dependencies by seeing the big picture, managing the details and risks
