Paxful is searching for a Product Manager, Anti-scam who is great at defining the strategy and vision for enhancing marketplace safety and security for end users to join our Product Team.  This role will create anti-scam strategy and develop roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases.You will be based out of our Russia and report to our VP of Product. 

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

  • Create Anti-Scam strategy and develop roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases

  • Hire, manage, and grow a team to enhance Paxful Marketplace security

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work

  • Own development and communicate the long-term vision and goals for Paxful Anti-Scam

  • Define and analyze OKRs and other success metrics, make data-driven product decisions

Target Experience: 

  • 5+ years of overall experience in Fintech, e-commerce, payment, financial and/or crypto companies

  • Proven track record of sucessful releases that helped improve safety in Product-driven organization and managing high-performing teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MS or MBA preferred

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines, commitment to excellence

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
