About the role

TodayTix is looking for a curious and driven Product Manager to join the Consumer team in our Tribeca office. This is a huge opportunity to play a central role in the redesign and redevelopment of our already highly-rated consumer apps. As a key player in cross-functional collaboration, you will help mold big ideas into products and features our customers love. Your unrivalled EQ (emotional intelligence) paired with your attention to detail will help us as we bring TodayTix into the future. 

What you’ll do

• Drive product development from concept to launch
• Identify and track key product metrics
• Define, prioritize, and communicate team goals
• Develop an understanding of users by contributing to research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Accounts to identify areas of improvement and optimization
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build new products

What we’re looking for

• Amazing communication skills. You can synthesize big ideas, then share them across multiple disciplines.
• Curiosity. You’re always asking insightful questions.
• Strong product intuition. You reinforce decisions by understanding user sentiment and analyzing data.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience managing release cycles for multiple platforms (iOS, Web, Android).
• Bonus: a love for theater. Can you name two or more Elphabas?
