Product Manager, Customer Acquisition
About the Role
Our Product Team is looking for a mid-level product manager with 2-4 years of experience to help grow our investor base. You will partner with our Investor Relations and Marketing associates and a team of dedicated engineers to create new features and incremental enhancements to help YieldStreet acquire new investors. What you'll do:
- Leverage competitive research, qualitative and quantitative customer data, and your understanding of YieldStreet’s business strategy
- Build a prioritized product roadmap that ensures your development team’s projects increase conversion rates at all points of the investor acquisition funnel
- Collaborate with the engineers on your scrum team to devise technical solutions that appropriately balance speed and quality
- Own the quality of the product, and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver world-class software in every release
- Forecast the impact of your efforts and evaluate whether your solutions have performed as expected, continuing to iterate and identify new strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Investor Relations and other internal teams to incorporate customer feedback into your features
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, preferably within a high-growth, B2C technology company, in a role focused on customer acquisition
- Experience using qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions. You’ve conducted user interviews, usability research and A/B tests
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of complex web and mobile applications
- You can translate business goals into technical requirements for the engineering team and have dealt with complex 3rd party APIs
- Understand how to create simple user interfaces and contribute to product design decisions by balancing function, style and ease of execution
- Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them, tailoring your verbal and written communications to your audience
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
Extra brownie points for specific experience with:
- High degree of familiarity with digital customer acquisition strategies
- Experience with agile software development
- Experience building mobile applications
- Experience driving innovation in a highly regulated industry
- High level of comfort with SQL and working with relational databases
