The Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and enhancements for the monitoring dashboard and payroll system integrations for DailyPay’s data exchange. The Data Exchange is the backbone of DailyPay’s B2B2C offering that processes over 4 million payments in recent months and processed almost $5bn in the past year. You will lead our efforts to build out our monitoring application and create tools and processes to improve the data exchange process between us and our trusted partners. You will be called upon to continually develop new solutions and be the subject matter expert for data exchange and, most importantly, you’ll be responsible for their continued success. 

You're a hands on problem-solver and are deeply passionate about product and you’re at your best when moving a project from ambiguity to clarity. You're equally comfortable talking tech with engineers, numbers with finance, as well as pitching in on day-to-day efforts across the business. Equally important, you can manage the expectations of senior staff and the competing demands and opinions from across the organization. You pay attention to people, have a strong sense of purpose and integrity, deep emotional intelligence, and just want to get things done.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be the voice of the of users and support the data exchange infrastructure by understanding the problems and challenges facing internal stakeholders and, most importantly, our users to inform product solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efforts or go-to-market strategies
  • Drive efforts toward a consistent release schedule with your stakeholders 
  • Work closely with in-house engineers to iterate and build product enhancements
  • Contribute to internal product roadmap and manage backlog
  • Execute on product vision in collaboration with other product managers and technical leaders
  • Be the subject matter expert for the product area and act as a product evangelist internally and externally

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3-5 years Product Manager experience
  • Excellent technical and data-analysis skills, including SQL
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in UI/UX design a plus
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and codifying it into actionable user stories
  • Experience in Payments or fintech products and startups a plus
  • Flexibility, determination, and high degree of emotional intelligence 
  • Strong appreciation for the Oxford comma a plus
