About the Role
iCapital Network is looking for a Product Manager to join its growing team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that simplify alternatives investments for financial advisors and investors. Product Managers at iCapital are responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle. We live and breathe agile and deploy fast so that we can learn and iterate quickly. The ideal candidate will embrace a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will primarily focus on iCapital’s education and training offering.
Responsibilities
- Learn, understand, and build solutions for the alternative investment industry
- Represent the needs of our clients/users
- Maintain a roadmap and backlog for your product(s)
- Effectively collaborate across the organization to understand priorities and get things done
- Work closely with Design & Engineering to design, build, and launch new features/products
- Execute on customer discovery, prototypes, mockups, PRD’s, specifications, etc
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management with Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience
- Ability to think high-level and long-term, but still operate in the weeds
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities
- Critical thinker, comfortable with the unknown, and eager to learn
- Self-motivated, team player, with an ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency analyzing and working with data
- Technical aptitude
