Vimeo is looking for a Product Manager to propel our enterprise strategy with enterprise-grade security, identity management, compliance, and dedicated support and sales tools. This role will ensure Vimeo's product offering is on par with enterprise customers expectations, especially for security and procurement partners, and for enabling Vimeo sales & support teams with the right tools to optimize their work. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a proven track record of building products for large enterprise organizations!

What you’ll do:

  • Audit existing Vimeo offering for gaps with industry best practices.
  • Serve as a champion and an evangelist for customers' top needs and industry standards on enterprise security, IAM, SSO, SCIM, compliance, account migration and consolidation, and support tools.
  • Prioritize and build for the most impactful initiatives and critical gaps in enterprise in this focus area.
  • Conduct user research to better understand our customers and their needs -- includes user interviews, usability tests, customer surveys, joining sales calls, analyzing feature requests, etc.
  • Thoroughly analyze usage patterns to identify and validate insights, segment users and drive the roadmap -- work with Engineering to instrument features and work with BI to get relevant data.
  • Spec product features outlining the business/customer needs, requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to prioritize, plan, and track development; lead rollout of new functionality to the users in partnership with Product Marketing, Solutions and Sales.
  • Observe market trends, analyze competitors, and help refine Vimeo’s focus areas.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS product management.
  • 1+ years of experience with either SSO, IAM, or data retention policies.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize the most important customer problems and shape optimal product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and guide product development efforts.
  • Productive conversations with engineers about technical tradeoffs.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Great UX sensibilities with a bias toward simplicity.

Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):

  • Experience with video products.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
