We began by revolutionizing rent — Americans’ largest recurring bill. We enable our users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. With Flex, everybody can better manage their bills and budget. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. What you'll do:

• Design and develop the next generation of Flex’s financial infrastructure including Flex ledger and credit management platform
• Identify and own the enablement of cash flow management in a real-time monitored way
• Define and iterate on building out reporting needs for our capital market partners
• Uplevel and influence the communication and culture of the product team to permeate across the rest of Flex

Who you are:

• Rigorous but methodical prioritization ability to keep up with Flex’s fast paced work environment
• Data-driven decision making, leveraging structured frameworks when problem solving
• Partner with and influence multiple teams across Flex in order to tackle complex and ambiguous problems
• Meticulous in product details, but understands the value in delivering promptly
• High attention to detail in verbal and written communication skills as a product leader within Flex
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching payment and financial infrastructure products is a plus
